The food and the entire experience was the best I've had in decades (literally). Chef LaCrosse is a consummate professional who shows true passion for his work. He and his daughter (Service Director Peggy) treated me like a king, and my lady friend like a queen, in the comfort and privacy of my own home. They prepared and served a seven course meal that we will both remember for a very long time. From appetizers to dessert, each course built perfectly upon the previous to make a truly outstanding and unforgettable dining experience.

Food has always been my number one passion in life, I am so fortunate for my experiences. My amazing family has been an inspiration and muse for my craft. Being the final graduating class of the world Famous California Culinary Academy  in 2000 is an honor and privilege. travelling our vast country, exploring its myriad of fine delicacies has been my pleasure for over 25 years. I found a simple joy in the challenges of elevating banquet styled dining in world class hotels and resorts.  Having this opportunity to share my craft with my daughter at my side is one of the best gifts I have received in this lifetime. If I can inspire even one client to get curious about cuisine and the foods they put on their table to share with their friends and families I will consider it a venture worth while.

As a passionate foodie,  my closest friends and family would say my love language is FOOD and quality time. I personally have over 10 years experience managing high volume businesses. The opportunity to go into business with my dad has been a dream come true. The joy of spending time sharing his craft and my hobby(eating amazing food) has far surpassed what I thought was in the realm of possibilities.
